IT Support for Home and Business

When computers go wrong, we appreciate that you need a fast, efficient support service. Even out of hours. We provide IT support in three ways:

Telephone and email support. You call, we provide the answers. This service is charged at a fixed rate of £100 + vat per year, per computer..

Remote support upgrade. Provided your computer can access the Internet, we can 'log in' to it and resolve problems, while you wait. This is a charged as an add-on to the telephone and email support service and this equates to an additional £45 + vat per computer per year.

On-site support. Where problems cannot be resolved by telephone. We aim to be onsite within hours, or at least, next day. There is no call-out fee or mileage charge, we charge just £45 + vat per hour.

The IT Adviser pledge is that your problem will be addressed very quickly, usually within hours, or the next day at the latest. We have a broad knowledge of most common IT issues, and where the problem may be unusual, we have access to an online resource where we can find answers.
